Universes is a National/International ensemble Company of multi-disciplined writers and performers who fuse Poetry, Theater, Jazz, Hip-Hop, Politics, Down Home Blues and Spanish Boleros to create moving, challenging and entertaining theatrical works. The group breaks the bounds of traditional theater to create their own brand, inviting old and new generations of theater crafters as well as the theater goers and new comers to reshape the face of American Theater.
LETTER
On behalf of the Local Council, of the Ploiesti Mayor Office and on my own behalf, I convey sincere congratulations to the UNIVERSES Quartet from New York for this true musical treat which confirms the high quality of the American interpretative art. It is a splendid demonstration of musical, choreographic and theatrical virtuosity, for which we have to thank the leadership of the “Toma Caragiu” Theater and the Embassy of the United States of America in Romania. We will keep this wonderful evening in our soul, for a long time.
