Kenny is a native of Norfolk, VA. Poet, Actor, Stepper. Revolutionizing stepping as an art form and fusing it with his constant mission to change to lives of youth, he is respected worldwide for his fusion of theatrics and stepping through his unconventional choreography and theatrical eye. In 2006, because of his familiarity and relation to youth from inner city neighborhoods, Kenny organized Philly X-Treme, a youth organization that allows teens to channel frustrations through stepping. From these experiences Kenny found himself at the door of many other opportunities. He became the youngest board member on Full Circle Dance Theater's Board of Directors and being initiated as a member of Modern Free and Accepted Masons of the World becoming the youngest member of Titus Lodge 592 in Norfolk, VA at age 21 and became the youngest person ever to receive a State approved Citation from Pennsylvania Senator Shirley Kitchens and be named an Unsung Hero of the 37th Ward of North Philadelphia. Kenny is currently pursuing his doctoral degree in Social Policy and Urban Education at Temple University in hopes of changing federal policies toward minority non-profit organizations.

Kenny has performed at numerous venues, including The Apollo Theatre, The Orpheum Theatre with STOMP, and numerous venues in Philadelphia including the New Freedom Theatre, the Painted Bride and the Kimmel Center. Currently, Kenny is working hard in the trenches of North Philadelphia, getting his hands dirty with the horror of murder in that area. Wanting to make a change in the stereotypes of teens from inner cities all over.
He is a 2006 Masters graduate of Drexel University's Arts Administration program. On his own, at 18, he moved from Norfolk, VA to Jackson MS, where he received dual Bachelors degree in Speech and Dramatic Art from Jackson State University, becoming the first in his family to graduate from college. Kenny continued to step and act. Stepping became the escape for Kenny. He began to tour with world renowned step groups earning national titles. After establishing himself as a stepping artist, Kenny was invited to have permanent residency as New WORLD Theater's Project 2050 stepping instructor becoming the youngest artist in residency.
Kenny is very grateful to be the newest member of Universes because of their leadership and guidance in his life.
